Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period starts on the day the contract is concluded, unless you have expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.
Digital content
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to early performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal.
