1. New function & troubleshooting

- Extended integration of Google reCaptcha into login and registration with a choice of V2 or V3

1. Comprehensive update of the installer for the V11 Enterprise ad market

- Minimum requirement for the ad market on V11 PHP 8.0 and MariaDB 10.6, including the installer no longer works
and shows this with a red message that PHP & MariaDB needs to be updated.
- The installer has been updated to allow installation only if these minimum requirements are met.
- If the test does not meet the requirements, this will be displayed in ROT and installation cannot be performed.

- Check for active PHP functions required to run the software (disk free space, exec, shell exec)

- Language selection of the installation start page improved (automatic reload)
